The MFM scale could never have been created without the participation of the many professionals. The MFM group was created in 1998 and remained active until 2004. It took part in the validation studies of the first and the second versions. The professionals involved tested the various versions of the scale, included new patients in the database, participated in the analysis of the results, and shared the experience feedbacks.
